MEXICAN & NEW MEXICAN DISHES

Yes, the two are very, very similar, but there are also very big difference between them. Mexican Cuisine is very different depending on which part of the country you are visiting, it can be a lot of seafood on the coasts to nothing but meat and beans inland. New Mexico loves it’s sopaipillas, carne adovada, green chile stew and cheeseburgers…. but there it is all about the Chile, and they like it HOT. Below are just a few samples from each place
